This Privacy Policy explains how the One Billionaire to Rule Them All companion app ("OBTRTA", "the app") handles information.

OBTRTA is a companion application for the physical One Billionaire to Rule Them All board game.
The app does not require users to create an account using an email address, password, or phone number.
The app uses Firebase services provided by Google to support anonymous guest authentication and multiplayer game synchronization.
When the app needs access to online multiplayer features, it may create an anonymous Firebase Authentication account.
This creates a unique anonymous user identifier. OBTRTA does not require an email address, password, phone number, or social media account for this authentication.
Information associated with a multiplayer game may be stored using Google Cloud Firestore.

Users should not enter sensitive personal information into usernames or other game fields.
OBTRTA stores limited information locally on your device so that the app can identify and resume games.

Local information remains on the device unless it is removed by the app, deleted by the user, or removed when the app itself is deleted.

Users should avoid entering personally identifying or sensitive information into optional game fields such as usernames.
Game information may be made available to other players participating in the same multiplayer game when necessary for gameplay.
Information may also be processed by Google as the provider of Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.
We do not sell game or user information to advertisers or data brokers.
Multiplayer game information may remain in our Firebase database for as long as necessary to operate the game, maintain the service, or fulfill legitimate technical and operational requirements.
Locally stored game information remains on the user's device until it is deleted by the app, deleted by the user, or removed with the app.
Anonymous Firebase accounts and associated information may also be subject to Firebase's retention and deletion processes.
OBTRTA provides an in-app option to delete your anonymous guest account and locally stored game information.
Open the Privacy & Data section of the app and select the option to delete your guest account and local saves.
Deleting your guest account may prevent you from returning to games that were associated with that account.
